dumpy day
i just got off the phone with sallie mae. i think they are outsourcing to india or something. because i talked to someone else this morning and they both had an "accent"
i also talked to someone at becu this morning. they are not outsourcing. i talked to someone named joe who i'm pretty sure that i talked to him the last time i called. he was very helpful and nice. he also had a very pleasent voice. the people at sallie mae were slow and not helpful.
everyone should call becu and ask for joe because he's nice and not mean.
today is dumpy and i love it. i'm really excited for fall time.
