salliemae is stupid and i hate them
why is this happening?
i have already made two seperate payments to sallie mae and both times on their website it shows as "paid off" but when i look at my bank account nothing is reflected.
i have called the bank twice and sallie fucking mae three times now. i called them both this morning to see what the hell was going on and NOW i look at the sallie mae website and it shows that my second payment has been reversed. when i call them they make it sound like i "wrote a bad check" or something which is totally untrue because i know i had enough money in my account. WHAT THE HELL? now they are going to think i wrote another bad check. the only thing i can think of as to why this shit is happening is that account numbers got messed up some how. i have never had a problem with paying them online before. i am going straight home to rip a special someone a new bloody butt hole.
except for that i have to stay until 5 tonight.
my god.
