yesterday and today
so last night after i stuffed my face with egg salad i went over to eva's 'hood so we could eat dessert at B&0 coffee. i told myself on the way over that i was full and that i would just get coffee. but eva convinced me otherwise. and i'm glad she did. i got a "chocolate pot" which pretty much tasted like brownie batter. nothing is better than uncooked brownie. am i right? yes. anyway, i also got a coffee thinking that it wouldn't keep me up and it was no big deal even though it was so late. so i got home at 11. i went to bed for about 10 minutes. corey had had the covers all wrapped around him and when i got in the bed it felt like had set the bed to preheat to 400 degrees or some shit. so i rolled around and then the cat kept being bitchy. i got up and went into the other room to feed her catnip and read a magazine i stole from eva's building. (life and style) i went to bed again at 12 and had nightmares and woke up three or four (or more) times really sweaty and gross. every time i'd wake up corey would say "are you okay" and then i would think what the hell. yes. i'm fine. i'm just sweaty. anyway. at about 4 in the morning after i had kicked all the covers onto corey and he was all "fleroenroaeryoeiruh!!" i moved my foot and he get got up and stomped out. because i was rolling around too much and getting sweaty because of nightmares. he was very cranky. after that i had the entire bed to myself and i still didn't get a very good nights sleep.
i got pho for lunch today. i got it to go and brought it back to work. i opened it and everything was compartmentalized really cutely! i love it. this was the first time i ate the creampuff after the soup.
i want a haircut.

Alison. That sucks that you had nightmares. I was going to blog about my lack of nightmares, but never did. What it boiled down to was this...I felt I was desensitized to nightmares...because things just are not scary anymore. In a way I want nightmares to prove that I can be scared. Oh well. I don't dream about scary spiders anymore...so that is good.
Corey was RIGHT to stomp out on you. Being the woman you probably should have slept in the bathtub, or on the floor next to him. Shame on you.
(Note for google and other readers. I am kidding)
Crap, which reminds me! Thanks to YOU linking to my website with the name GREGGLE. On google, GREGGLE makes my website the first search result! Oh snap. Same with "kill the precedent" and "Secrecy begets tyranny" is slowly bringing me to the top.
I need a haircut.

okay greg- here is the real deal. last night when i was awake between one of my sweat dreams i made a mental NOTE to remember these weird ass dreams i have having. of course i actually thought "well i'm up now, so maybe i should just write it down!" and then "no. i have a great memory. i'll remember" no. i don't think so! the thing is- if i think of something i need to do the next day like "mail the rent check" or "take your lunch" RIGHT before i go to sleep then when i wake up the first thought i will have is "mail the rent check". it's sort of like those reminders in outlook. if you close it then the next time you open it it will be all up in your face like "CHECK THE PAPER IN THE COPIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and stuff.
i think i had a point. and i think that point was this: i don't remember for sure if i had nightmares. but whatever it was, it left a funny taste in my mouth.....
hm?!
