people who comment spam are butt feces
yesterday i went shopping and bought some high fiber cereal. i bought other things but i'm really excited about this cereal and i want to tell everyone about it! it's called "all bran pellets" (nuggets?) and it looks like little tiny miniture poops. like, if i had a doll house and the doll house had a toilet, i would just put three or four pellets in there and everyone would know that whoever lived in that dollhouse had really good BM's. YES!! anyway, 1/3 of a cup is 40% of your fiber for the day. SHIT!! there is a recipe for high fiber cookies on the side of the box. it calls for 2 cups of brown sugar and that sounds like a bit much. but all that fiber cancles it out right?
RIGHT!!!

hey alison- i lost everyones email address so this is my only line of communication here. anyways, lisa called me the other day to tell me emilys bday is sunday. at oneor something. i was wondering if you have everyones email could you send a big mail out about it? shes afraid she will miss people and stuff and so im supposed to spread the word, but you talk to people more then me so i figure id ask you. anyways, yeah. i was gonna call you but i had to work and study and blah blah and it got too late and i know how you married folk get to bed early. just kidding. anyways yeah. see ya later!

okay. i will tell some people. she called me the other day and left a message about it but it was sort of garbled. so i wasn't sure. i really want to go baby shopping!!
