web site thing
so this morning corey woke me up and was wondering were his work pants were. there was a few options, one wrinkled, one dirty, and one wrinkled and dirty. i felt bad for not doing laundry last night and not keeping him clothed for work (shit, i'm married now. it's my job!) so he asked for a ride to work. i said "what's in it for me?" and he said "i'll redesign your website tonight."
i drove him to work because i felt bad and then came home and went back to sleep. then i went to work. then i came home and watched girlfriends for 15 minutes. then i fell asleep again. then i woke up because i had to pee and that is pretty much my whole day in a nut shell.
i'm going to go wash dishes and wear corey's shoes while doing it so my feets don't get dirty.
bye boys!

Alison. Today in my women's studies class I got really passionate about people's preconceptions of race. I started talking about how my teacher (whose parents are from India) could attack people's sexist and racist biases, but if they did so, the people she was attacking would see her as an Indian woman doing it and begin formulating negative ideas about women's studies and Indian women. But I said, "And if you attacked them, it wouldn't just be someone attacking them, it would be an Indian woman attacking them!" And at this point I was almost yelling what I was saying and I am one of two boys in the class (the other is of Hispanic descent, so basically I am the white guy) and now I feel that the words I chose were way too strong and may have made my teacher feel uncomfortable. Especially since some of the girls snub their nose at me whenever I talk. HEY. I AM JUST TRYING TO BE AN ALLY, OKAY?!!

ALSO. i have heard of two different parties of people getting sick from the indonesian restaurant, but i don't mind. you probably do, though. we don't have to go there, but that's not stopping me.

Dude! Brent. I was really pissed the other day when I found THIS:
http://www.heraldnet.com/grads/01/
Why is your well deserving graduation speech NOT listed? Obviously nobody really "got it" but that does not mean The Herald should be a dick.
I see Camille's and Paul's...WTF? Paul is back from Iraq after a second tour of duty btw.

okay. brent. when i read your first comment i imagined you sitting in a little desk chair thing and almost yelling those words. as you are almost yelling you are slowly leaning forward out of your seat. it makes me giggle on the inside. and greg, YES?! WHERE the hell is brent's speech. did you write a letter to the herald?
if you want to read another graduation speech, go to the class of 2003 and read my cousin's. it is also about puppies. her name is megan.
i was thinking about paul. he's back? that is good that he didn't die. that would be sad. i hope i'm not jinxing him now. shiiiit.

oh, i forgot one thing- brent, for the past few days i have lost my apetite. last night i ate salad for dinner. SALAD!!!!!! i am not joking. anyway. certain food smells are a real turn off right now (chilli) and others are not (hamburgers!) so i don't know if i'll be able to eat indonesion food. i think if i had a bad experience with food recently (chili and painful diarhea) then i am afraid to eat it again. i don't know. shiiiit.

i just want to say that a) my class had two valedictorians, chad and lizzie. the two people whose speeches are there were two salutatorians. out of 3.. there were 5 freakin people in that class who were in teh top tiers.. anyway. chad and lizzie's speeches were unremarkable.. for instance i don't remember them, but i DO remember brent's because it was fascinating. and bizarre. and had that over-told story about the f-ed up heart.
