i forgot to tell you some reallly important information
yesterday i ate a tofurky dog. i dipped in it ketchup and mustard. it was really good. lately i've been really into all that fake meat stuff. i like it because it doesn't taste like it's supposed to be meat. except for morningstar farms breakfast patties. those taste like sausage which is really good if it's between an egg and english muffin.
yesterday i called brent to see if he needed to sell clothes. i don't like going alone. he said he'd go. i picked out some jeans that i bought from value village a few weeks ago. here's a funny story: a few weeks ago on a friday i was finishing up work and i really need to buy something. i stopped by the value village in ballard. i ended up buying some useless but cute bowls and a pair of maverick jeans and a leather over the shoulder boulder holder bag. i spent most of our weekend money on this stuff (it wasn't that much but value village is soooo overpriced) and when i told corey about it he got pretty mad at me. i felt so bad that i was ready to return all the stuff to the store but they would only do exchanges. so the next day i got a bunch of stuff together including the bag and jeans and decided that i would try and sell it to make my money back. first we went to red light and they bought some stuff but didn't want the jeans at all. then we went to buffalo exchange and they were going to give me only $3 for the jeans. i said no. i ended up selling everything but the jeans and bag and i made all of my money back. yay!
sooo, fast forward to yesterday. the jeans were still folded up on the dresser and i hadn't worn them at all. i found some stuff in my trunk that i intended on giving to the goodwill which smelled like gas because it was laying ontop of a gas can. hahahaha! i went to brents and he had a bunch of stuff that he didn't think they'd buy. we went to red light first. brent had good luck with his stuff so i decided that i would try and sell my stuff there too. (i originally figured that i'd just go to buff-ex based on my previous experience with both stores) so the girl said she'd take the jeans for $15 and a gas soaked tank top for $4.
yes!!
next we went to buff-ex and they bought a dress that i got from my gramma a few months ago. it didn't fit and i wasn't very attached to it but i still feel kind of bad for selling it. they didn't buy any of the gas tank tops though. meh.
the point is that i made my money back on jeans PLUS $5!!
i'm hungry for fake meat.
oh yeah, last night i saw a blimp out the window. a blimp!! i couldn't find my camera in time though so i have no proof.
