sept.

so last night i stopped at joanns to get some stuff. i'm starting to dread going there because i know they won't have exactly what i'm looking for and i'll have to get something i don't really want.
yesterday i got a zipper foot which i'm really excited about because i'll be able to make my own piping! but first i have to find some cording. maybe i'll just rip the cord out of the piping i already have. anyhoo, this morning i was sewing and i'm nearly out of brown thread. i thought to myself oh i'll just get some after work.
when i got to work i was reading my horoscope in the paper and it says something like this: there's money coming in, don't worry about that. use materials you already have to save cash. i guess that means i shouldn't go buy more brown thread? i guess we'll see. i have black but i'd rather just use brown. this is dumb.
in other news, i donated $10 to the hurricane thingy. it's not a lot. but it's something. also Bush: Katrina response unacceptable .
no, how 'bout America: CLEARING BRUSH FOR 5 WEEKS UNACCEPTABLE.

enough about that, brown thread buying dilema!
