late night baking!!!!!!!!
you guys. i'm making cupcakes right now for scooters bbq tomorrow. the cupcakes are:
-chocolate and vanilla swirl
-plain chocolate
-plain vanilla
-mini raspberry jam filled chocolate
-mini raspberry jam filled vanilla
yay!!
corey says i shouldn't frost them. i want to frost them because i also bought sprinkles but he's probably right because all canned frosting is sort of gross. but sprinkles!!! maybe i'll set the frosting next to the cupcakes and people can frost and sprinkle their own. is that lame? meeh.
i'm tired.

oh those sound so good,especially the jam filled chocolate ones.
I think frosting is the best part of cupcakes....but you could sprinkle powdered sugar on them so they seem fancy.

the chocolate jam ones are really good. some of them exploded jam out the side when i removed them from that pan so we ate them.
powdered sugar is a really good idea. i even have a fancy powdered sugar sprinkler that i can use!!

where did you get the recipe for the jam ones? im dumb how do you get the jam in fill em with a pastry bag?

it's way easy. i just used a box mix for the cupcakes. i filled the cupcake holes up halfway, then spooned a little bit of jam and then covered it with a more cake batter. easy peasy!!!
