since we got back from vacation i've been going to bed at 9 every night and waking up at 8. i'm probably over sleeping but i feel great.

this afternoon i'm going to try and sell some clothes and maybe buy some new ones. i'm sick of wearing my "summer clothes" which feels like it consists of only about four different outfits. i want FALL clothes but it's still too warm. corey needs new clothes too. ofcorse when i need new clothes i go to the thrift store and when he needs new clothes he goes to a regular store. what a butt face.

blah blah blah. it's nice that the weather is nice today. how nice of it to be so thoughtful. and nice.

i wasn't able to register for a fall math class and that makes me sad.

vacation part 2.5

we are now starting the last leg of our three part vacation.
i feel like i've been gone forever.

last wednesday we left savannah and spent the entire day driving up to NY. it poured and poured and seemed to take forever (12 hours i think) we stayed in a hotel in newark nj and it was way gross. i'm glad we were only there one night. the next two days we spent in NY and it rained non-stop. every where we went people had these baby strollers with plastic zippered things covering their babies. you'd think that being from seattle the "rain capital" i would have seen these plastic things but people in seattle don't use them. the rain in NY was real rain and fucking annoying. both days i was cranky and grouchy. i feel sorry for corey sometimes.
saturday we met up with brent and ate brunch. we walked around a lot and went shopping at H&M. i bought a shirt. i wish i would have had more money and time to browse around there. sunday we went to PS1 and the brooklyn botanic gardens. we left that night and drove to pennsylvania. all of monday was spent driving and it wasn't bad compared to the drive from savannah. we had to listen to the radio in the car because we forgot the itrip for the ipod. jesus christ.
we arrived in michigan (otisville) last night after about 10 hours. i'm guessing the rest of the time here will be spent laying around like bums because that's what you do when you're at a parents house. plus there really isn't anything to do here.

i miss our cat something fierce. corey's childhood cat, Cali, is about 17 years old and looks very similar to our bibadoo. she's too old for corey to stuff in his shirt, but she bites just the same as our kitty.

my birthday is coming up in a few days. i've lost track of time completely. it feels weird.

va-ca

dudes. we're on vacation!
this is what wenatchee and the surrounding area looks when you are in the air.

rad!

today we went to keller's flea market and it was sort of gross. think of a dollar store and everything that's gross about a dollar store and the line a million of them up and put it on a dirt floor and there yah go.
we also went to bonaventure cemetery which was way cool. flickr is being gay and won't let me upload all my pictures. here's a creepy looking girl statue thing:

we did not see the girl from the garden of good and evil though. wah.

we ate dinner at the crab shack and had too much sea food stuff.
i got a disgusting butter stain on my shirt.

i put my feet in the atlantic ocean for the very first time!!
tomorrow we'll buy some swimmy suits and go back to go swimming. yeaa!!

god dammit. flickr won't let me upload anything except this picture of a really tired bunny.

i've never seen a bunny lay like this and it seemed weird. i think maybe it was hot.

oh man.

it's been a while.
i can't believe that it's september already. september is my favorite month of the year because
1. my birthday.
2. our anniversary.
3. fall starts.
4. and so on.

today the radio had a call in show about "the first day of school". a lot of mom's called in and were all "i sent my baby to the first day of kindergarten wah wah wah wah"
then i remembered my first day of school. i was so nervous that i thought i might explode out my butt. it was bad. nothing happened. but i was nervous for the next few days and maybe weeks. i had to ride the bus to this gross-ass day care after school. i think i was the only one my age who went there. so i'd get there around lunch time and then i'd have to take a nap with all the babies. lame!!
anyway, i kind of miss being in elementry school and i don't know why. when i think of "fall" in a general sense i think about being in 3rd - 5th grade and halloween parties after the last recess. and pumpkin stickers. candy. construction paper leaves.....
