o man o man omanomanoo

today was "quiz day" in math class. once again i got 4/5 and i'm sort of annoyed about it. the quizes aren't even a large part of the grade in the class. but it still bothers me.

i'm waiting for corey to get home. after he gets home we will eat dinner. earlier we were on the phone discussing what to have for dinner and i said that i wasn't really that hungry. now i am hungry.
i was going to make a spaghetti squash for part of the dinner, but when i cut it open it looked like it was growing little baby squash spouts. so i guess we'll eat something else.

this weekend we hung out with the van horne boys and ate dinner at a mexican place in the south park neighborhood. i really wanted to like it there, but the girls bathroom had a pee/poop waiting unflushed in the toilet and my coat still smells like fried food stuffs.
plus the salsa tasted like ketchup and the chips were stale.

things

i went to the store earlier and stepped in dog doo on the way there. at first i thought it was "mud" and i kind of slid on it. then i thought to myself, no way. NOT MUD. so i walked around on the grass and kept trying to wipe off my shoes.

then, while i was at the store and i ran into someone i went to daycare with. it was strange.

after work i stopped by the goodwill and found a giant glass bowl to make a terrarium. last weekend we went to this place in ballard called the palm room. they had some pretty neat stuff (like terrariums) and so as soon as i saw this glass bowl at the store i picked it up. all of the plants we have now are chewed on by the kitty and i wonder if it's possible to get her to stay out of a terrarium and not eat plants.
she's kind of a turd sometimes.

anyway. i went to FM twice today. once in the morning to buy some zit medicine and look for shoes. i couldn't find the right zit stuff (tinted, with salicylic acid) so i had to get something else instead. and i couldn't find the shoes (converse all stars, wheat color) in my size. (i promise they are not as ugly in person)
so i went home.
i went to the FM in the opposite direction later tonight and found the shoes, AND found this zit stuff, which was exactly what i was looking for in the first place. jeeze. oh well. i will probably be using them both. it seems that the side effect of math class is getting zits.
gross.

crap.

yesterday i was feeling better (after sitting all fucking day on a heating pad) so we went to ballard and then to the book store and to eat pho in the u-dist. it still hurts to walk/stand/sit/lay in certain ways. every time i take a step i feel like one of my legs is longer than the other and it is such a gross feeling to have. i have nightmares all the time about having one leg shorter than the other. so now i can't tell if i'm limping in real life or if i'm standing crooked. it's really weird.

this morning corey woke me up to tell me that kitty had barfed.
i also feel like i'm getting a head cold. and my armpits are all sweaty.

please, god, don't let this week suck.

this afternoon i was on my way out to the post office when i slipped on the steps outside our apartment. the steps were completely iced over and had snow on top of the ice. the package i was holding went flying and i think that only one person sort-of saw what happened, but i was still embarrassed about it. PLUS, it hurt like a mother fucker.
all day i've been sitting or napping and it totally sucks. doing small everyday tasks, like dressing myself, walking, bending, standing, reaching.... are PAINFUL. i just now forced myself to take a shower.

crapper.

i should have known somthing awful would happen today. last night i had a dream that i had a snake inside my belly and the only to get it out was to barf it out or have surgery. but no one would do the surgery until i had tried to barf it first.

corey is playing zelda. i think i'm going to get him to walk me to the vid store. i'm restless.

i take back that thing i said yesterday about the muffins i made tasting only *okay*. i just ate one and it is way better than okay. it's delicious!! yay for bananana muffins.

naner muffins

i'm making banana muffins right now. i just tested the first one. it's *okay*. a little bland. i keep making different recipes and some are good and some are barf. one recipe had melted butter in it and those were GOOD. the muffins that i'm making now have no butter in them and that's prolly why they bland.

i started my math class on tuesday. it is in the same room with the same teacher that i had for summer quarter. every thing is the same. except that the desks are moved around. it's sort of weird.

yesterday we got some vid's and the one i picked out was the donner party, and i have to say that it was a little boring. i mean, the people didn't start eating each other until the very end. BO-RING.
