here's a picture
so i went to my second ultrasound on tuesday. it look for-freaking-ever.
like almost 2 hours. the baby in my tummy has a teeny peener. WEIRD.
not really though. i had "feelings" that i was going to have a girl, but now i know that it's a boy i am really super excited. YAY.
today i stopped at the gap and found a pair of maternity pants for $7.
afterwards i decided to go get lunch in the westlake mall. i had a bad morning (the shower didn't work so i had to take a bath and dump water over my head with a pitcher of water, i was late to school and had to be lab partners with a doof, i forgot a pencil......) so lunch and new pants would be a "treat" for the day. i've been craving gross fried chinese food and have gone to this place in the mall called "lotus-something-or-other". the don't have a ton of selection but they do have general tso's chicken which i like. so i got that with an orange sody-pop. the food was a little less than OK and my sody had an after taste of soap. i always feel kinda gross after i eat at this place and i don't know if i'll go back. the soapy sody bothered me.i expected to get diarrhea-town after i got home but it never happened.
anyhoo, that was a long story about nothing.
i don't usually watch ugly betty, but it's the only thing on right now. has anyone noticed that jake 2.0 is her boyfriend (or something?). i bet if greggle reads this then HE remembers. REMEMBER GREG?!?!?!?!? JAKE? 2.0??

afternoons
okay. i'm nearly finished washing 4 or 5 loads of laundry. i can't remember how many exactly. it's about time for my nap right now, but i don't know if i have time.
i need to run over to the store and get pork chops. corey whined that i never make them the other day when america's test kitchen was on and they were making pork chops. after dinner we have to do grocery shopping so i also need to make a big fat list.
but i'm to tiredddddddd!
p.s. i put new flannel sheets on the bed today.

two posts in one day. HOLY CRAP.
here's a picture of me trying my hardest to look pregs.
i feel like i look normal, and like i'm just not trying to keep my belly sucked in.
i asked people at work if i look pregnant or just fat. they said pregs, but i think only because they know me and know that i am pregs.
i am about 18 weeks in the picture which was taken a week and a half ago. just so you know.
anyway.
next tuesday we have an appointment to find out if it's a boy baby or girl baby. they'll prolly do something other stuff too. i'm excited.

the dumb weather
i didn't go to school today. apparently it was open, but trying to catch the bus was almost a disaster. I first noticed at about 8 that no buses were driving by the bus stop. when i went down at the usual time there were two peeps standing there and a guy came up to tell them that they should find a different bus to ride because all of the 5's were stuck up the street. so i went inside and checked the tracker. time was a'tickin and i knew that if i didn't catch a bus soon it would be pointless to go to school because i'd be really late.
i went down again and this girl said "m'am (i hate when people call me m'am, especially if i'm the same age or younger then they are) the bus isn't coming down this street. everyone is catching it at the corner." so i stand there thinking about what i should do and i look back and here comes the bus. this guy is walking across the street with his coffee and yells "that lady lied to us!" so the bus is barreling down the street.... and we can see that it is packed. the bus tries to slow down and the wheels are sliding. the more it tries to slow down the more the bus starts jack-knifing. i remember this same thing happening last year. anyway. i talked to the guy for a while then decided to go back inside and not go to school.
so here i am.
for lunch i'm eatin soup and maybe a PBJ sammy.
nothing good is on tv.

*quick note
i just got back from work. i just made myself some chocolate milk and while i was pouring the chocolate flavor into the milk i thought "hershey squirts" and couldn't stop laughing.
so while i was at work tonight it snowed. when i drove home the roads were slushy and frozen. i doubt school will be closed tomorrow though. but we'll see.
okay, well, i don't have much more to talk about. this is pointless.
