6:30 baby
boo boo is a 6:30 baby today. yesterday and the day before he was a 6:45 baby. this is okay as long as i can get to sleep at a decent hour. the night before i didn't and i felt AWFUL the next day. borf. corey is now on vacation and the first thing we have to do today is get boo boo to the doc. for vaccinations. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't know what else we'll do except for maybe grocery shopping. maybe a stop at the liberry. we'll see.

hungry.
my birthday is coming up soon. i can't figure out what to do about a party though. it would be just the fam but i don't know what kind of food to make. dinner and dessert stuff... ya know?
in other news: i'm busy finding good looking recipes for dinners and stuff that are FALL related. like pumpkin pancakes! which i made last weekend. i made a different recipe though. but they were good and i think i'll make them again for brekkies dinners tonight.
here are more interesting links that are really just a 'note to self'.
- cuban black bean stew with rice.
this looks really really easy and fast and doesn't have too many ingredients.
-black bean and pumpkin soup. interesting.
-sweet potato and sausage soup. this sounds like a fancier version of hot dog soup but i'd still be willing to try it.
-yurm yurm pear crisp with vanilla brown butter.
fleep floop. it's supposed to be 80 degrees today but i want it to be more FALL LIKE.

news flash.
boo boo's picture website is updated for the month of august. just in case you were wondering. i'm so bad at updating it makes me feel lazy. so then once a month or so i have time to go through pics when boo boo is napping and i can upload them. sheesh. i just don't really have time to do crap on the computer like i used to i guess. googy reader takes up my time and i really need to clean out my feeds because the less crap i have to read the less time i spend on there, ya know?
we went shopping today for food. we got some yobaby yogurt for boo boo and when we got home the bottoms of the containers were all yogurt-y and it looks like they all busted open in the bag. crap.
boo boo did the weirdest thing yesterday: he went to bed at 7:15. WHAT? i know. he usually goes to bed anywhere from 9-11 depending on the day. but yesterday he didn't take a second nap and we finished dinner and bath stuff way earlier than usual.
nothing new is going on. so bye bye.

our funny boo boo
esmond is going to be 15 months old tomorrow. here are some picture of him being the darling little boy that he is...

he's also starting to say words. he says "duck duck!" when he sees a rubber ducky. and "hot" when he sees corey's coffee or other things that are hot. he pants like a dog when he sees a dogs. signs for milkees when he wants to nurse. if you say "touch puppy's nose" he will put his nose and his stuffed puppy's nose together is it is so so so soooo cute!!
